Role description:

Brand Lead is responsible for developing and driving specific brands in Vaccines & Antiviral Pfizer portfolio, including definition and execution of launch strategy.

The role reports to Primary Care Lead Romania and is based in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive specific brands strategy in Romania
  • Develop awareness campaigns, congress content (w/ KOLs) in partnership with Medical Department
  • Drive execution of customer-facing strategies and tactics
  • Train Field Force on product positioning and prioritization
  • Collaborate with Medical to educate KOLs on emergent medical research and differentiated product attributes
  • Allocate, execute, and maximize in-country brand budget
  • Identify and exploit market-specific opportunities to grow revenue and income
  • Develop and execute innovative business strategies/models to maximize revenue, market share, and income growth across the designated brands in Vaccines & Antiviral portfolio
  • Maximize revenue and IBT performance through rigorous management of the P&L and in alignment with goals
  • Develop and lead integrated cross-functional teams appropriate to support business priorities
  • Personal ownership of key stakeholder relationships
  • Monitor the performance of the designated portfolio and implement course-correcting actions in agreement with Primary Care Lead
  • Conduct all activities and make decisions that are in accordance with company policies and SOPs, Pfizer values, and global regulatory guidelines, as appropriate.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, and Experience:

  • 3+ years of working in the pharmaceutical industry at middle management level - marketing management, commercial
  • Vaccines experience is a plus
  • Deep understanding of the pharmaceutical business
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle a broad range of simultaneous tasks
  • Effective strategic leadership
  • Communication and influencing skills with peers, senior managers, and external stakeholders
  • KOL management and collaboration experience
  • Drive and resilience/enthusiasm for change
  • Upholding values/adhering to standards, role modelling
  • Fluent English skills
