About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Alliance MSSP Renewal & Deal Support Specialists to join our Worldwide Alliances Organization and Global Renewals Management Function.
As a key leader supporting our MSSP, OEM, and Alliance business, this role is critical to CrowdStrike’s ability to drive sustainable retention and growth across our partner ecosystem, protect Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), and ensure operational excellence in MSSP, OEM, and Alliance renewals and complex partner deal structures.
Unlike traditional enterprise direct sales support, this role requires deep alignment with channel, OEM, alliance, and MSSP go-to-market models, where renewals, quoting, and deal execution often involve multi-tenant environments, co-sell motions, partner margins, and complex contract structures.
This leader will be responsible for:
Scaling the MSSP, OEM, and Alliance renewal and deal support function globally Driving operational rigor and execution through cross-functional partnership across Alliances, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations
What You’ll Do:
Lead & Scale the MSSP Renewal Function:
Lead a team of MSSP, OEM, and Alliance Account Managers responsible for supporting the Global MSSP and Alliance teams
Oversee renewal management for MSSP, OEM, and Alliance partners, including multi-customer, multi-tenant, and pooled licensing models
Ensure accurate, timely quoting aligned to MSSP, OEM, and Alliance pricing structures and contractual frameworks
Develop a scalable coverage model aligned to regions, theaters, partner tiers, and strategic alliances
Drive ARR Retention & Growth Across the MSSP Channel:
Support Alliance and MSSP Sales teams in protecting and expanding ARR through proactive renewal management
Partner with Alliance, Sales, Sales Operations, and Finance leadership to drive renewal predictability and pipeline visibility
Establish KPIs and reporting to measure retention, renewal cycle times, partner engagement, and deal velocity
Act as escalation point for complex partner renewals and non-standard deal structures
Operational Excellence & Process Transformation:
Create controls to ensure proper renewal quoting, contract integrity, and data accuracy within MSSP, OEM, and Alliance frameworks
Implement automated workflows for MSSP, OEM, and Alliance quoting intake and tracking to improve scalability
Document and maintain best practices for complex partner deal structures in a centralized knowledge repository
Ensure globally consistent processes for MSSP, OEM, and Alliance renewals, co-sell engagements, and complex quoting scenarios
Support CPQ and renewals transformation initiatives specific to partner business models and provide business requirements for system enhancements
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Channel Operations, Sales Operations, and Alliance leadership to build a world-class Alliance renewal engine
Align operational policies with partner program requirements and commercial models
Provide structured feedback to improve partner experience and operational efficiency
Talent Development:
Develop, coach, and scale a high-performing team
Establish clear development plans and career growth objectives
Foster a culture of accountability, precision, and operational excellence
What You’ll Need:
Relevant industry experience in High Tech / SaaS
Strong understanding of MSSP, Channel, or Alliance go-to-market models
Experience working with Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business models
6+ years of experience managing Renewals Specialists, Deal Support, Contract Management, Channel Operations, or Customer Success teams
Experience managing SaaS subscription renewals, ideally within partner or indirect sales models
Deep understanding of complex pricing structures, multi-entity contracts, and partner margin models
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Finance, and Operations
Experience with Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ
Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
Exceptional communication skills across email, virtual meetings, and executive presentations
Strong attention to detail and operational discipline
Highly organized, analytical, and process-driven
Comfortable operating in evolving channel and alliance structures

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
