What You’ll Do
As a Patient Care Scheduler, you are the voice of our organization. You will:
Schedule patient appointments across multiple clinics and specialties
Coordinate referrals and provider availability
Answer patient questions with professionalism and compassion
Ensure accurate data entry and insurance verification
Partner closely with clinic teams to keep schedules efficient and patient-centered
