The opportunity
Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and ensuring high-quality service delivery? Join our team as a Project Manager – Production Lifecycle Management and play a key role in shaping our global production strategy. You’ll be responsible for managing the quality, portfolio, and reliability of components from both internal and external suppliers, while leading impactful projects across our global production footprint.
How you’ll make an impact
Lead and execute strategic projects to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality components from internal manufacturing sites
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout all project phases—from initiation to closure
Manage and optimize the production portfolio of service components
Streamline processes and data flows related to manufactured components for customer orders and internal projects
Evaluate manufacturing capabilities and risks throughout the entire product lifecycle
Assess manufacturing capabilities and risks throughout the product lifecycle
Facilitate the transfer of manufacturing processes and knowledge between internal sites and external partners
Drive make-or-buy decisions and lead projects involving critical service assemblies
Your background
A degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
Proven project management experience, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment, international experience and intercultural competence are advantageous
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
Fluent in English; German is a plus
Structured, analytical thinker with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and organizational dynamics
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
