Manage supply chain activities to support P1/P10 new products:
Define Supply Chain concepts & make quotation; Define detailed Supply Chain solutions;
Initiate, define and lead logistics FMEA & Information System;
Initiate with Purchasing the SVRF (Valeo Requirement File) for Supply Chain requirements (PUMA Portal); & validate suppliers logistic protocols;
Define and qualify Finished Goods & Work In Process packaging; Qualify supplier packaging;
Define, validate and qualify Transportation Logistics Service Providers protocols;
Define and qualify Supply Chain process equipment & Internal flows;
Define, validate and qualify Supply Chain master data & Information System;
Support on Continuous improvement Supply Chain process
Follow & reach Project milestones (pre-serial deliveries, FDPR, ramp-up…);
Use Supply Chain checklist template to manage day to day activity and monthly review progress with Project Manager;
Is responsible for project logistics issues until phase 4b (6 months after SOP);
Attend Project meetings and lead PM assignments;
Participate in the line/industrial transfer, P0 projects and engineering changes (ECR/ECO):
Implement all supply chain activities for products managed by line transfer project teams;
Lead supply chain to support P0 projects.
Implement and promote the supply chain standards; train & coach both internal and external project contributors:
Train suppliers on Valeo standards and specifications and promote their usage;
Support supply chain activities to implement and promote the standards (Suppliers Logistics
Guidelines, Packaging & Labeling standards, VRO standards, Quality Labeling Good Practices recommendations, Transportation & Logistics Providers Protocols, EDI/Web EDI…);
Initiate, update and lead the Logistics FMEA for new projects (action plan definition and reviews);
Responsible for the application of safety standards and for adhering to QS9000, V5000, TS16949, V1000, OHSAS18001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
Avoid any obsolescence due to new product introduction and product phase out:
Make sure to only order material according to new products introduction needs;
Validate close orders quantity and supply process;
Manage obsolete inventories (RAW, WIP, FING) with Project Manager (physically and in ERP);
Keep inventory accurate and under control and highlight for any deviation or obsolescence risks.
Help regions having a site facing a dramatic crisis , ensuring that progress roadmaps are built.
