Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of the systems and provide timely support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and implementing solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Monitor system performance and ensure the smooth functioning of production systems. - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide timely support to resolve issues. - Implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives. Professional & Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of designing, deploying and managing Amazon WorkSpaces environment. Hands on experience with administration of Appstream 2.0 Service Hands on experience with AD Connector, VPC, S3, Route 53, Amazon CloudWatch Knowledge in handling AWS managed AD and AD Connector Experience with handling end user issues inside Amazon Workspaces AWS Cloud Architect Associate or AWS SysOps administrator associate is a must. - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Windows Server Administration. - Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services. - Experience in managing and maintaining AWS infrastructure. - Knowledge of networking concepts and protocols. - Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in AWS Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
