• Work on PoC of beverage innovative ideas, support the beverage innovation pipeline filling  
• Execute and/or drive selected beverage innovation projects in early stage, design and plan experiment plan and guide the lab people on the implementation
• Support the projects commercialization via close collaboration with ITM/ITS
• Keep close communication with global stakeholders, undertake relevant project investigation or technology development tasks in China
