EMEA Take Back and Business Project Manager
The HP Planet Partners Program (PPP) provides a convenient and free of charge solution for HP customers to return and recycle their used HP hardware and inkjet and toner cartridges. We are seeking a dynamic individual who brings expertise and experience in vendor management, financial oversight, data analytics, IT project management, and business continuity. Their comprehensive skill set ensures that our hardware and supplies programs operate seamlessly and efficiently across the EMEA region and beyond.
Key responsibilities
EMEA Hardware Planet Partners Program Operations Management
- End-to-end Vendor Management: Overseeing vendor relationship management, requests for quotations/proposals, negotiations, vendor selection, contract management and onboarding.
- Financial Management: Managing the financial aspects of the program, including monthly actuals, accruals, yearly Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), budgeting, and special requests.
EMEA Data Lead for Supplies and Hardware
- Reporting Analytics and KPI Management: Leading data reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews, catering to various stakeholders and initiatives within the program, such as Instant Ink.
- Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
IT Website Enhancements Lead for Supplies and Hardware
- Leading and prioritizing IT website enhancements for hardware and supplies on a worldwide scale (global responsibility).
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Acting as a liaison with other teams to address requests for website improvements and reporting enhancements.
Documentation and Business Continuity Lead
- Project Leadership: Leading the Worldwide team’s projects charter, ensuring thorough documentation and maintaining business continuity.
Opportunities Lead
- Lead the identification of opportunities for service enhancement (Customer experience and savings related) lead/develop/execute recommendations and provide insights to management team.
- Collaborate with the rest of HP Planet Partners Team to define business objectives and develop business strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field is required.
- Strong knowledge of supplier/vendor management, negotiation, contract review.
- Experience on multinational environment.
- Excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with mastery in English.
- Be highly organized and a good multi-tasker.
- Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects across different regions.
- Reliability and a strong sense of ownership.
