Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Supervisor, Pharmaceutical Packaging - 3rd Shift role will make an impact:

Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Coordinate machine down time for maintenance with production personnel.

• Maintain inventory of replacement parts.

• Ensure that adequate tooling and materials are available when installations or repair work is done. Prepare appropriate material requisitions for parts fabrication and general repairs.

• Troubleshoot problems and help in the resolution.

• Review requested machine modifications and suggests methods of implementation. When necessary, draw sketches to convey machine layouts and coordinate fabrication to those sketches.

• Plan and coordinate the use of personnel for timely task completion.

• Perform training of support personnel. Supervise personnel in their job functions and organizing their workloads.

• Clean up machinery and work area after performing maintenance functions.

• Modify documents and/or designs by CAD Design Software or hand drawings.

• Train new maintenance and machinists, in their duties.

• Interview, hire, appraise performances and train new employees.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science Degree.

• A minimum of three years of experience is required. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Must possess good communication, time management, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills, and computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and Lotus Notes. Equipment design and build skills.
