Summary:  Team members work with their hands installing doors, shelving, electrical, and hydraulics systems to our service trucks!

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Use of varies tools, measuring instruments, screwdrivers, wrenches, grease guns, air tools and drills to ream and tap holes. 
  • Install properly fitting compartment doors, door latches, shelving units, electrical, tubing and hoses to the service truck ensure each truck is built to the customer specifications. 
  • Verify proper instrumentation in trucks when running.
  • Trouble shoot instrumental errors.
  • Communicate issues to quality technicians or engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Basic math skills
  • Ability to read calipers, scales and measuring instruments.
  • Basic hand tool experience
  • Good communication with team members in other departments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Mechanical experience
  • Hydraulic and/or wiring experience beneficial.
  • Ability to read basic blueprints.
  • Trouble shooting engine, electrical issues.
  • Experience with hand tools, wrenches, and air tools.
  • High school diploma or GED
