You'll lead the development and market entry of innovative issuance products, working closely with our CSDs in Copenhagen, Oslo, Porto, and Milan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and refine the value proposition, pricing, and market incentives for our Issuance products in the local market.
• Client On-boarding: Identify and onboard Issuers, transitioning them to Euronext Securities.
• Collaboration: Align with Product Managers on pricing, product bundling, and value propositions. Support the Sales team with market intelligence and ensure smooth customer on-boarding with Business Operations.
• Competitive Analysis: Assess competitor products and identify gaps for new opportunities.
• Performance Management: Develop key performance indicators to support business growth.

Your Profile:

• Experience: Strong background in Equity Capital Markets, preferably in the local banking sector.
• Skills: Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented with strong collaboration and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of capital markets and the legal aspects of equity issuance's.
• Independence: Capable of managing multiple projects with strong research and analytical skills.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Language: Fluent in English.
