We’re currently looking for a Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team.  The position will be at our Somerset, NJ Regional Office for Fall 2024.

During the course of your internship, you will have the exciting opportunity to become an integral team member with exposure to cross functional areas of learning, including Regional Operations, Sales & Marketing, Aftersales, Dealer Network Development, Distribution and Vehicle Operations.  You will get the chance to hone your professional networking, excel, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills that will set you up for success in the business world.

Job Functions

  • Development of reports and monitoring sales/aftersales performance
  • Industry analysis to determine areas of opportunity
  • Provide support documents for the field team and dealers
  • Work cross-functionally to study and explore all aspects of Regional operations
  • Travel locally with field staff to gain perspective on dealer operations
  • Interface with Nissan Regional leadership, Nissan Regional employees, dealerships, and vendors

Minimum Qualifications

The following qualification statements reflect the minimum skills and abilities required of the qualified applicant.

  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or other business related discipline
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project Management skills (organization and time management skills)
  • Be ambitious and possess creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrate professionalism and clear communication abilities
  • Be comfortable presenting to Management Team

Occasional day/overnight travel
