We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Brand Operations Manager. This role sits at the intersection of creative operations, asset production and change management. You will be responsible for coordinating global projects, standardizing branding templates, maintaining asset libraries, and managing our brand guidelines platform.

The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and technical expertise to creative operations. You are a skilled communicator, curious by nature, comfortable with ambiguity, and adept at using project management best practices to ensure the success of complex creative deliverables.

  • BA/BS required.

  • 7+ years of experience in creative operations or project management within internal marketing or agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of creative elements and file specifications for marketing materials, including file formats, resolution standards, video codecs.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Workfront, Confluence, Adobe, Bynder (or similar tools)

  • Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of high complexity, ambiguity, and diversity.

  • Demonstrates effectiveness in leading or facilitating a variety of meetings.

  • Strong operations and technical background. You are process oriented and are equally comfortable diving into existing processes or creating new ones.

  • Great at building relationships and trust within the organization.

  • Resilient, and can be flexible with changing business needs and priorities.

  • Ability to simplify and reduce complexity to ensure rapid decision making.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $131,596-$210,554

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
