We’re looking for an experienced University Recruiter and Program Lead to grow the experience for all incoming interns and college grads in the AMER region. We are seeking a driven program leader who excels at fostering an inclusive and enriching environment for interns and early-career hires, while maintaining a global perspective. The ideal candidate thrives in a small but dynamic team, leveraging collaboration to make a meaningful impact while embracing opportunities for upcoming growth and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Own tech recruiting pipelines and partner with other recruiters for strategies to generate a diverse pipeline of talent
  • Design, coordinate, and oversee internship program initiatives, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout 
  • Act as the central point of contact for interns, managers, mentors, and other key stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective communication
  • Take charge of the intern manager and mentor training, providing effective support throughout the program
  • Engage incoming new hires post-hire to keep them excited before their start dates, and partner with HR OPs to develop a productive orientation for the early-in-career
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and communications team to build the programs brand and promotional plan on campus or social media

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Experience in project management required 
  • Experience in recruiting, particularly focused on early-career or university-level hiring, is highly desirable
  • Collaborative team player with a hands-on approach, eager to contribute to all aspects of the program  
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships across various levels and manage multiple priorities with exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly and prioritize with high sense of urgency to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment

 

You will be based in Santa Clara, CA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 4 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $108,000.00 – $163,000.00. 

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
