Job Summary

Responsible for data collection and reporting to help create HR insights and drive data decisions. Creates and facilitates reporting and creation of data models to support HR initiatives and drive operational efficiencies. Develops and maintains standard reporting measures, documentation and processes including regular audits. Works closely with HR leaders to ensure data is accurate, timely and relevant and helps to identify solutions to meet the needs and requests for HR reporting from the business.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Participates in various HR projects and help deliver source data for analysis
  • Identifies issues, analyzes available data and information and recommends changes to management.
  • Helps to create and maintains multiple operational reporting and insights tools.
  • Helps with education of available reporting and reporting tools including end user documentation
  • Assists with analytical support of actual results against HR initiatives and feasibility of proposed business strategies.
  • Consolidates data reports and delivers to help drive data-based strategic decision making.
  • Cooperates with stakeholders from other HR departments including COEs to create combined data sets and anticipate data and reporting needs.
  • Produces regular scheduled reports as well as ad-hoc data requests. Proactively creates reports and analysis and provides to the HR team
  • Provides support with testing, data audits and cleanup activities, and data input as required
  • Validates data through cooperation from team members and regular spot checks.
  • Ensures compliance with data governance and company policy.
  • Presents data in an easily understandable format for key stakeholders.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

National Pay Range: $17.78 USD-$41.66 USD

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Bachelor's Degree
