The Euronext Securities business consists of four Central Securities Depositories (CSDs) in Portugal, Denmark, Norway and Italy providing issuance, custody and settlement services to the capital markets.
This position will be based at Euronext Securities Porto, with some possible travel to other locations. Strong management, technical, communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal are important, in a multi-cultural and multi-location environment servicing local and international clients.
The Operational Readiness Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful local and transversal deployment and operational effectiveness of systems and processes. Key responsibilities include, amongst other, defining business requisitions, creating and maintaining traceability matrices, and validating user test cases. The role involves managing test data various environments, drafting test strategies, and executing user acceptance testing. The manager also leads MOP analysis, coordinates ORT, identifies opportunities for quality improvement, and oversees test automation efforts. Additionally, the position involves participating in ECB technical groups, defect management, and supporting SCRUM teams to ensure smooth operational readiness across multiple services.
