WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
In this role you’ll report to the VP, Jordan Footwear Product Creation and have multiple direct reports within the Footwear Development function. As part of the Jordan Footwear Product Creation leadership team, you’ll work with our leaders (at PHK and Globally) across Engineering, Materials Development, Product Testing, Product Management, Sourcing, Design and our Factory Partners to ensure an aligned Jordan Kids & Core offense focused on team and product excellence.

As Senior Director of Development, you’ll lead the Footwear Development function for Jordan Kids & Core business to guide product excellence throughout the product creation lifecycle. You will shape product strategies, influence teams and product decisions, as well as drive cross-functional collaboration to balance critical dates, product specification, performance and profitability goals. The successful candidate will collaborate with Product leaders and work side-by-side with the Jordan Product Creation leadership team to ensure that our cross-functional teams work seamlessly to drive product excellence.
