We are looking for Field Support Technicians to provide onsite support.

NOTE: You must have:

  • Australian Citizenship

  • Current driving license as some offsite support required in Sydney area

  • No work from home flexibility

  • Audio Visual experience would be beneficial.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prior experience working in hardware break and fix and desk-side software support.

  • Provide support for laptops, desktops and monitors

  • Install and maintain PCs along with associated accessories and peripherals.

  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes as required.

  • Microsoft Office 365

  • Excellent customer service

  • IOS/Android mobile support

  • ITIL/Service Now

  • Current driving licence as some offsite support required in Sydney area


Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 3+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
• Proven experience in infrastructure technology analysis
• Proficiencies in data analysis and a basic understanding of technical concepts
• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology
