- Support Program Increment (PI) planning activities, including preparation, coordination, and follow-ups
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, risks, and impediments across teams
- Maintain program and team artifacts such as backlogs, sprint boards, roadmaps, objectives, and status reports
- Help teams follow Scrum and agile practices while adapting to real-world delivery needs
- Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and support alignment to PI goals
- Support clear, concise communication with stakeholders and leadership
- Capture delivery metrics and insights to support continuous improvement

- Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar
- Coursework or certification related to Agile, Scrum, or project management
- Prior co-op, internship, or team leadership experience
- Familiarity with enterprise data or AI project lifecycles
What You’ll Gain
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master and program management support in a data and AI organization
- Exposure to enterprise-scale analytics and AI initiatives
- Experience working in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment
- Mentorship from program, delivery, and data leaders
- Strong preparation for careers in program management, product operations, or agile delivery
