A Career that Empowers You to Build Your Future

We’re seeking a high-performing, detail-oriented intern to support the development of our Lennar Foundation’s health related program sponsorships, including the new OnMed Tracking & Impact Reporting Framework. This is your chance to get behind the scenes of a cutting-edge community health pilot – and help shape the data story we’ll share with partners, funders, and future program sites. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community relations and philanthropic programs, will display programmatic support experience, and have the ability to coordinate and track multiple programs and initiatives at one time.

Your Responsibilities on the Team

Over the course of this short-term internship, you will:

  • Observe the OnMed Care Station in action at Overtown Youth Center to understand user experience, operations, and community engagement firsthand.
  • Document day-to-day activity flows, procedures, and participant interactions in collaboration with “OYC” program staff.
  • Work directly with Lennar Foundation team to identify data gaps, reporting needs, and storytelling opportunities.
  • Support the refinement of our existing tracking and data collection tools to ensure we’re measuring the right indicators of impact (e.g., access to care, frequency of use, satisfaction, barriers to usage).
  • Draft summary documentation and recommendations to inform a revised reporting template and impact assessment model.
  • Aid in the tracking of non-profit program goals, community impact, and financial impact.
  • Coordinate impact report revisions and align program goals with performance – including program reviews and follow-up reporting.

Your Toolbox

  • Graduating from a 4-year College or University between December 2025 and May 2026
  • Working towards a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Health, Nonprofit Management, Data Science, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without needing employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Lennar will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visa status for this opportunity (No Sponsorship is available for H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J1, Opt, CPT, or any other employment-based visa)
  • Comfort engaging with community members and youth/health program staff in a respectful and professional manner.
  • A basic understanding of data collection and impact evaluation concepts is a plus (think: inputs, outputs, outcomes).
  • Passion for community health, equity, and social impact.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM or project tracking tools
  • Ability to travel to job sites, community events, or divisional offices as needed.
  • Ability to plan and manage projects
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
