Micron Consume Products Group (CPG) is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in India. You will be part of a dynamic team and a liaison between key business partners and the development team. This role will chip in to the success of our applications, including over 15 Web Sites, Portals, Digital, Assets Management and other services.

You will work closely with partners to understand their business needs, define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, conduct user research and with the product implementation team to provide solutions to deliver business value to meet the business needs, goals and objectives. As a Business Analyst, you will be part of an Agile team applying Agile methodologies, working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with business partners, such as product managers, marketing managers, customer service and technical leads to gather requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Act as liaison between business customers and the software development team.
  • Responsible for identifying project partners and understanding and defining business needs, project objectives and work you're doing.
  • Responsible for project communication, documentation and ensures appropriate partner sign-off.
  • Chip in to an atmosphere of multi-functional collaboration within the organization's Agile project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to drive and deliver user flows, wireframe and mock-ups.
  • Coordinate with product managers to triage, prioritize feature requests, bugs/defects, and other development items
  • Breaks down complex requirements into User Stories written from a business perspective that can be coded and tested in short iteration.
  • Collaborate with testers (i.e. functional, independent validation and verification, and user acceptance testers) to ensure requirements are understood and to obtain testing outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Agile or relevant experience working in teams to deliver expected outcome.
  • Experience with design/development of web applications.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration and motivational skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • JIRA experience a Plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Information Technology.
