You will lead a talented team of four sales representatives, guiding them to achieve our sales goals while being responsible for our annual sales forecast. This position requires approximately 50% travel within the Nordic region, with a few occasional trips outside. While this is primarily an office-based role, we offer flexibility for remote work to support your work-life balance.

• Stay Ahead of the Game: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to keep us at the forefront of innovation in livestock health. 

• Collaborate Across Teams: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing and development of cutting-edge products and services. 

• Maximize Profitability: Strategically set pricing that drives profitability while staying competitive in the market. 

• Cultivate Connections: Build and nurture relationships internally and externally to create opportunities that help us grow together. 

What We’re Looking For: 

•  Experience: Several years in a leader/managing role within the agriculture business.

• Skillset: Proven track record in budget management and exceptional communication skills. We value leaders who can inspire and coach their teams. 

• Leadership Qualities: You embody integrity, focus on results, and are not afraid to make bold decisions.
