Client Project We are seeking for a new talent to join the Sales as a Service team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate in the Nequi Banking media operations project. The project is for BANCOLOMBIA, a leading banking institution in Colombia. Responsibilities As a Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building relationships with new and existing customers in onboarding, adopting, and expanding their usage of products. You will troubleshoot and route issues to appropriate teams for resolution. Additionally, you will perform interactions of inbound and outbound activities to customers on new, renewal, or expansion opportunities. As a SME with deep knowledge and experience, you are expected to have influencing and advisory skills. You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions. Furthermore, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Master proficiency in Retail Media Buying is required. Master proficiency in Customer Interaction Management, Customer Service Management, and B2B B2C Sales are recommended. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross selling products to customers. Effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers to drive adoption and usage. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
