Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) is going to play a significant role in helping Ontario decarbonize. We at Enbridge are committed to building and own an amazing team in the RNG sector. The Business Development Advisor Sales support role offers education, guidance and business solutions required to convert bio-gas feedstock to RNG and inject it into the natural gas distribution system.

What You Will Do:

  • Accountable for leading all aspects of the RNG, CNG and Hydrogen intra-year budget, long range forecast and asset management plan.

  • Assisting RNG Specialists and CCWS Sales Support for RNG system access connection requests

  • Accountable for supporting the Voluntary RNG program and future Low Carbon Voluntary Program

  • Maintain and update prospect/client database and/or client lists with CRM tools

  • Respond to a wide range of external RNG inquiries applying industry knowledge to provide technical expertise and guidance.

  • Support RNG Operations & Maintenance contract development

  • Create monthly project reports where required for RNG projects

  • Assist in producing written proposals and sales presentations.

  • Collaborate with Marketing on sponsorship and events along with representing the RNG and CNG teams at various industry associations, shows and events.

Who You Are:

You have the following education & experience:

  • University Degree in Business, Commerce, Environmental Studies or Engineering Degree with minimum of four years of directly related experience.

  • Extensive experience in customer support, project management and contract support is required.

  • Technical aptitude.

  • Ability to read and interpret industry EOI's and RFI's.

  • Attention to detail and effective priority setting skills would be an asset.

  • A successful candidate must demonstrate creativity, flexibility and ability to consider contending business models objectively.

  • Diverse business and project experience background is an asset – with preference to applicants with financial and/or engineering designations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Working Conditions:

This position typically operates in an office work environment with occasional travel within Ontario.
