JR55818 Senior Global Business PartnerMain Responsibilities:
As a Senior Global Business Partner, you will be responsible for partnering with Regional and Global HR Business Partners and COEs to enable people strategies and priorities for business groups. You will represent HR in business decisions and provide input into HR programs, initiatives, and service delivery strategies based on business needs. You will be accountable for execution of key people programs in alignment with functional and business objectives.
Other Responsibilities:
• Coach leaders on people-related matters including talent assessment, development, and succession; organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics and provide guidance on the following People programs, tools, and processes:
• Demonstrate strong eye for business and understanding of key technical priorities facing the organization; use technical knowledge to develop people solutions that are unique to the business.
• Partner in the identification, development, and implementation of HR solutions across a given geography, site, or function to interpret and align global programs to meet unique business and geographic needs when appropriate.
• Communicate HR Policies and advises team members and leaders on direction.
• Promote accountability and alignment through the identification, development, and use of HR business metrics. Translate data into people to enable informed decision making.
• Leverage COEs to develop and implement programs which foster employee engagement, D&I and success.
Candidate Profile:
You must have at least a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of proven experience in a cross-functional & matrix environment. You must possess strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels. You must possess the ability to be agile and adapt to dynamic business environment. Experience with regional/global or cross-cultural project management is highly advantageous.
