Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Excellent digital project management skills supporting large scale ERP and supplier collaboration implementations. Driving disruption game changing digital transformation

  • The role will be dedicated to developing and implementing Best Practices within the entire materials and logistics including supplier collaboration, digital twin simulations, logistics visibility and global reporting system governing

  • Must be capable of translating objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals

  • Responsible for Material Master Data updates and Data improvements

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement projects.

  • Continuously develop skills by seeking opportunities in areas throughout the supply chain & procurement function

  • Experience as business systems leader in ERP, Supplier Collaboration and global reporting architecture.

  • Superior customer orientation with a clear ability to translate customer needs into short-term Polished communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders, customers, and external audiences

  • Strong orientation to leadership, teamwork, and positive communication; a flexible, dynamic, self‐demanding and proactive individual, able to motivate him/herself and others

Candidates based in Reynosa with availability to work in a hybrid model from our site are preferred. However, we are open to consider candidates from other locations in Mexico interested in a remote role.

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience generating reports, analysis and insights within Supply Chain areas.

  • Previous experience with Tableau and/or Power BI is highly preferred.

  • ERP/MRP (Oracle, SAP, etc) experience is preferred.

  • Proficiency in English.
