What you'll do:
As a Senior Data Scientists for Walmart Global Tech, you’ll have the opportunity to - Play a key role to solve complex problems, pivotal to Walmart’s business and drive actionable insights from terabytes of data
Leverage data science tools and techniques, Develop PoC, present lucidly to the product team and evolve the solutions
Take forward the solutions into Pipelines/APIs as needed by the product requirement, with the help of MLE and software engg team
Learn/disseminate & adapt new technologies to solve problems & improve upon existing solutions
Brainstorm, review, and mentor junior associates in providing robust data science solutions.
What you'll bring
Btech/Master’s in engineering/Technology or MSc with 2-4 years of relevant experience or PhD in STEM
Problem solver at heart with experience in Machine learning, Data Science and Statistics
Proficiency with Python/PySpark/BiqQuery etc
Proficiency with ML libraries sklearn/pytorch/tensorflow/spark MLlib etc
Good knowledge of commonly used design patterns in data science
Cloud friendliness (GCP/Azure etc) to leverage distributed computing/scalability.
Good communication/influencing/mentoring skills with inclination to high ownership and commitment.
