Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary: As a Scrum Master, you will act as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will also be responsible for identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team - Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices - Identify and remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team's progress Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management - Experience in leading Agile teams and implementing Agile methodologies - Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles - Excellent communication and facilitation skills - Ability to adapt and respond to change - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Agile Project Management - This position is based at our Bengaluru office - A 15 years full time education is required
