We are currently looking to add to our team with an exciting opportunity as a Treasury Analyst. The Treasury Analyst, reporting to the Corporate Treasury Manager, will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to the company’s internal and external stakeholders. The Treasury Analyst will work closely with the broader Business Services, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and M&A department staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage centralized disbursement activity (ACH, Wire, Check) for International and Home Office-managed payables
Support daily cash position activities
Support automation and standardization for global Vendor Payables payment operations
Process intercompany funding requests
Support Earnout, M&A, and other US Treasury payment needs
Provide backup to enterprise level cash forecasting
Maintain ongoing Bank Fee Analysis and provide suggestions for cost savings
Provide internal training to key stakeholders related to best practices for secure payments and fraud prevention
Primary contact for Vendor Payables and Accounting payment support requests. Provide resolution or escalate requests as appropriate.
Maintain various Treasury reports and data analysis to support decision making and ongoing metrics to provide solutions for automation or cost savings
Assist with any projects related to the strategic objectives of the full Treasury Department
Identify and drive process efficiencies related to assigned activities
Other special projects and assignments as assigned by Finance leadership.
Competencies:

Education and/or Experience:
Undergraduate degree required; B.B.A. with Finance or Accounting emphasis strongly preferred
Minimum of 3 years’ experience within a large Treasury organization, preferably with specialization in Treasury Operations or a Shared Service environment
Working knowledge of treasury and banking technology solutions including workstations, banking portals, ERP/bank interfaces strongly preferred
Technology Skills:
Strong Excel skills and experience with macros, pivot tables
Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau applications
Experience with Kyriba highly desirable
Other Qualifications:
Highly responsible and accountable for assigned work
Ability to communicate articulately and professionally, and influence others for a desired outcome
Ability to work independently, prioritize daily responsibilities and projects according to changing objectives using strong time management skills
