Vice President, Planning & Execution
The Role
The Vice President, Planning & Execution within Service Delivery & Operations will serve as a strategic leader responsible for connecting functional strategy to operational execution across Fidelity Charitable Services & Operations teams. This leader will lead all aspects of planning, programs execution and delivery of complex initiatives that drive operational & service excellence, improving client experience, and accelerating Fidelity Charitable transformation efforts.
Working closely with leaders and collaborators, this leader will ensure Service Delivery & Operations initiatives are prioritized and planned. They will also ensure these initiatives are delivered with precision, transparency, and measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record of leading a strategy & planning team with oversight over large-scale, cross-functional programs and building alignment across diverse partner groups in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
