POSITION SUMMARY

The Program Manager – CSK is an essential role that plays an integral role the development, execution and delivery of key initiatives across CSK. The ideal candidate is passionate about working through the details to ensure our organization communicates optimally, operates efficiently, has the initiative and follow-through vital to handle programs from end-to-end, and can build positive relationships across the extended leadership team. We are looking for a candidate who has solid change management skills, a deep understanding of employee engagement, attention to detail, and quick problem-solving abilities are a must.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Influences and collaborates across business functions within a global, matrixed organization.
• Oversees initiative execution, ensuring projects and programs are delivered within timelines and budget constraints.
• Participate in the coordination, design, and facilitation of workshops, working sessions, and meetings
• Ensuring milestone/deliverable accuracy and communicating project metrics and analytics to drive rigorous execution, enable early insight into potential issues, and support data-driven decision-making to ensure the project remains on course for success
• Maintain CSK operating calendars, keeping all departments on track to hit local and global milestones
• Schedule strategy milestone meetings and offsites for cross-functional teams
• Gather strategy and create high-level PowerPoint presentations on CSK strategy
• Acting as an escalation point for complex problems. Recommending and implementing corrective action, as necessary, to improve program delivery performance
• Provide Korean and English translations in business meetings and in documentation
• Performs other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or applicable certification or equivalent experience
• Masters Degree preferred
• 8 years of business functional experience as a Program/Project Manager
• 1-2 years of business functional experience in a Chief of Staff or Strategy role project
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners, especially in an engineering and product environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in Korean and English, speaking and writing.
• Has a track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that deliver quantifiable business impact
• Ability to develop high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers
• Ability to deliver a vision and sense of urgency to mobilize teams and complete changes effectively
• Previous work with other cultures in a business setting, and awareness of and sensitivity to cultural differences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritize team and individual tasks and respond to urgent requests/inquiries with minimal supervisory involvement
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITY
• Ability to lead and influence without direct lines of supervision but acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. No direct reports
• Leads projects with manageable risks and resource requirements
• Values empowering teams for independent decision-making through clear direction and leadership.
