Responsibilities:

  • Introducing and implementing new features, incorporating enhancing elements for collaboration and embedding aspects of the M365 world

  • Keeping a vigilant eye on the latest development within M365 to be on top of the information and poised for implementation.

  • Enhance the M365 environment to meet the distinct needs of users and groups

  • Implement Office/M365 setups, including configuration of conditional access policies to assure seamless cloud-based operations

  • Engineer, design and implement frameworks that prioritize scalability, durability and pleasant user experience

  • Keeping the overview on licensing aspects for new features and tools to raise awareness about impact of implementations for judging the financial feasibility

  • Assist in coordinating change management activities, communications, and stakeholder engagement efforts to facilitate the adoption of M365 initiatives.

  • Assist in the development, documentation, and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for M365 services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address user concerns, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.

  • Collect, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and trends related to M365 service usage, adoption, and satisfaction.

  • Contribute to the development of process documentation, workflow diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Assist in developing and maintaining documentation, user guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to support M365 users.

  • Ensure documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible, following organizational standards and best practices.

  • Gather user feedback and insights to identify training needs, preferences, and areas for improvement in training materials and delivery methods.

  • Guide colleagues to accurately maintain knowledge repositories and feedback mechanisms to ensure transparency, alignment, and accountability throughout the change process.

  • Support user adoption initiatives by assisting in the development and delivery of training programs, workshops, and resources.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, and Power Platform.

  • Strong business analysis, ability to translate business needs to technical solutions with M365.

Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and find innovative solutions within M365 ecosystem.
