About Our Team

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of our clients' software applications. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment, where your expertise will directly impact the success of our projects.

About the role

This position performs moderate research, design, and systems engineering assignments. This position is also responsible for management support and triage.

Responsibilities

  • Constructing simple job control language or scripts for execution and automation processing of workloads for our systems
  • Applying basic problem-solving skills in multiple operating environments to support the execution of a series of tasks
  • Providing prompt recovery and problem escalation system performance problems by installing or troubleshooting programs within system environments
  • Assisting in the daily support of systems and products through early detection or changes in system operations
  • Collaborating with support groups to refine system monitoring and reporting and assist in analysis and problem recovery
  • Creating concise documentation for closure of tasks, problem resolution, changes, and requests

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of Systems Engineering experience
  • BS Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent experience required
  • Terraform Azure Kubernetes.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of virtual server environments and thin client.
  • Knowledge of scripts for automation.
  • Ability and desire to learn new processes and technologies.
  • Basic oral and written communication skills.
