AEM Content Development Analyst is a professional who has a degree or ongoing studies in computer science or a similar field with expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS and Content Management System Tools and works with multiple projects to provide solutions that follow up-to-date standards and best practices. Able to interact with internal and external stakeholders, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across the project and demonstrate leadership in teamwork, creativity, and decision-making.

Role Responsibilities

• Analysis of requirements and estimations.

• Development using popular or client custom frameworks.

• Programming and implementing self-assessment quality assurance testing.

• Apply-Understand Content Management best practices

• Tech Lead.

• Update, maintain and troubleshoot existing websites. 

• Support and troubleshoot the day-to-day technical needs for existing websites.

• Client awareness and compliance knowledge about critical business operational processes.

• Effective communicator with stakeholders.

• Requires analytical thinking and attention to detail to be able to solve increasingly complex problems.

Qualifications 

• 3+ years of proven experience working with front end and content management technologies is required

• Experience working with AEM

• Advanced English skills: writing, reading and speaking 

• Knowledge of web development basic standards and best practices on XHTML and HTML5

• Knowledge of web development standards and best practices on CSS, knowledge of web development basic standards and best practices for JavaScript, manipulation of XML and JSON files

• Knowledge using web development and testing tools, knowledge in QA processes, unit testing.
