You will support the engineering and management of dismantling, relocating, and installing a nitrogen plant and various bulk gas systems for new gasyard operations. This role involves setting up operational excellence protocols, conducting technical reviews (PSSR and RTOR) with experts, and overseeing the commissioning and qualification of equipment to ensure reliable supply and an excellent customer experience.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

  • Involve in the engineering project and management for dismantling of TCN17000BE Nitrogen Plant and various bulk gas systems and equipment from Existing Gasyard Operations: - TCN17000BE Nitrogen Plant inclusive of Main Air Compressors, Aftercooler, CO Converter, Air Pressurizing Units, Heat Exchanger, Coldbox Distillation Column etc. - Vaporizers and proper conversion of gas medium - Vacuum Insulated Evaporator tanks and proper conversion of gas medium

  • Civil engineering works and installation of above assets to New Gasyard Operations.

  • Setup Operational Excellence protocol and system in preparation for Operations Mode such as compliance to local regulations, company Industrial Management System governing Technical reliability, quality assurance and safety etc.

  • Conduct PSSR review with SMEs and Technical Experts prior to commissioning of relocated equipment.

  • Commission and Qualify relocated equipment.

  • Verify RTOR review with SMEs and Technical Experts prior to placing equipment ready to supply to customer Fabs.

  • Supply to customer Fabs and ensuring smooth and reliable Operations.

  • Building customer experience and portfolio and ensuring excellent Voice of Customer.

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

  • Analytical and good problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Adaptable and flexibility to work on different projects
