Job Type:        Full Time 

Duties: Hire, retain and lead high-functioning, diverse group of engineering professionals, establishing clear objectives and key results, developing consistent set of practices and process across the team and driving towards resolution of challenging problems. This includes all performance management aspects of leading the engineers including acquiring and providing 360 feedback and administering reviews. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Engineering-related occupation.

Position Required Skills: Position requires experience in the following: Designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions for products including developing key reusable solutions; API development using Java, Spring Boot Microservices, Hibernate, and JPA; Utilizing technologies including Java8, Java17, React JS, JSON, and Node.js and public and private cloud platforms such as AWS, Red Hat or OpenShift; Docker, Kubernetes architecture and their usage in application; Migrating legacy monolith applications to a cloud-based microservice design; Deploying microservices to private cloud, such as OpenShift, across data centers and availability zones; Working on financial activities, people management, financial trackers, team mentoring and handling, project risk, project plan, status reporting and project delivery; Working with multiple client teams, vendors, and geographically distributed teams.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $153,862.00 to $175,600.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
