• Understanding of Java code (not mandatory)

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
• Scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash or Python).
• Basic Database skills.
• Working experience in IT services provider company.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, teamwork, and customer service skills.
