Why this role is important?

What you'll do:

  • Oversee Visitor/colleague entrance and receiving door at the warehouse during the day shift

  • Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance/improvements or projects

  • Assist with day-to-day production activities during downtime and as needed during peak periods

  • Health and Safety reporting

  • Assist in resolving facilities issues

  • Organize Colleague events

  • Colleague onboarding

  • Operations reports submitted by site managers

  • Ordering of all supplies and GNFR

  • Absenteeism tracking

  • Review and adjust site policies as required

  • Compile reporting of policy adherence

  • Support supervisors in onboarding and training of new colleagues for Central Vial at the Mississauga site

  • Maintain relationships with GNFR / Service vendors

  • Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

What you bring:

  • College Diploma

  • Knowledge about various work-related assignments and routines; capable of applying methods or procedures that are generally well-defined and straightforward but able to adapt to meet occasional, unusual circumstances.

  • Skill in organizing and coordinating may be needed

  • Organization, Communication, moderate analytical knowledge, comfort with MS Suite

  • 1-3 years of work experience
