Why this role is important?
What you'll do:
Oversee Visitor/colleague entrance and receiving door at the warehouse during the day shift
Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance/improvements or projects
Assist with day-to-day production activities during downtime and as needed during peak periods
Health and Safety reporting
Assist in resolving facilities issues
Organize Colleague events
Colleague onboarding
Operations reports submitted by site managers
Ordering of all supplies and GNFR
Absenteeism tracking
Review and adjust site policies as required
Compile reporting of policy adherence
Support supervisors in onboarding and training of new colleagues for Central Vial at the Mississauga site
Maintain relationships with GNFR / Service vendors
Commitment to promoting a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging
What you bring:
College Diploma
Knowledge about various work-related assignments and routines; capable of applying methods or procedures that are generally well-defined and straightforward but able to adapt to meet occasional, unusual circumstances.
Skill in organizing and coordinating may be needed
Organization, Communication, moderate analytical knowledge, comfort with MS Suite
1-3 years of work experience
