Aria Care Partners is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who would enjoy working for a company that makes a difference in the geriatric population’s lives in communities across the nation. This individual will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting of their assigned departments. 

 

Description of Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Create and post job openings online using Greenhouse/Paylocity as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and through other various job boards.
  • Display a strong knowledge of departmental and company operations to aid in hiring key personnel and assisting other Talent Acquisition Specialists.
  • Daily maintenance and upkeep of Greenhouse to include requisitions, candidates, and interview processes.
  • Manage external job board postings and budget based on hiring directives and initiatives.
  • Facilitate a proactive recruiting approach for talent acquisition to include job fairs, resume sourcing, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Report critical needs and challenges to the Director of HR, Talent & Culture in a timely manner.
  • Review potential high volume of resumes on weekly basis for potential qualified applicants according to preferred qualifications.
  • Conduct initial phone interviews of qualified candidates to present to the hiring managers.
  • Process candidate background authorizations, MVR, employment verification, clinical credentials, etc. as required for each position.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate and concise records while upholding and protecting confidential candidate and employee information.
  • Foster a positive professional candidate experience.
  • Support and collaborate with hiring managers and other team members throughout the hiring process.
  • Other duties as assigned. 

 

Preferred Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, etc.):

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years previous applicable experience; healthcare recruiting experience preferred but not required
