Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover to maintain the momentum of our marketing initiatives, ensuring the continued delivery of impactful campaigns and projects, and further strengthening our market presence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the marketing strategy for ATMP, identifying new opportunities and supporting the overall business strategy.
  • Develop target markets, positioning, and messaging for ATMP.
  • Support the Head of Talent Operations to enhance employer branding and marketing efforts across LinkedIn and the company website, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
  • Organise and promote webinars, white papers, and internal employee-led presentations.
  • Review and refine all marketing content, ensuring alignment with ATMP’s brand and objectives.
  • Plan and manage external events, including exhibit stands at conferences.
  • Oversee annual Rentschler Network Events, providing project management from start to finish.
  • Increase brand presence on social media, LinkedIn, and the CGT network in both the EU and USA.
  • Track and analyse the effectiveness of multi-platform marketing campaigns, including social media, events, webinars, and advertising.
  • Collaborate with the Rentschler Laupheim communications group to align messaging.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively.
  • Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and business intelligence to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Brainstorm creative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to make science exciting and engaging.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other departments.
  • Monitor international biopharmaceutical markets for insights that contribute to ATMP’s commercial strategy.

What Is Important to Us

  • BSc or MS in Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in the ATMP or related industry.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Creative thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
