About the Team
The Implementation team for Operations Program Intake/Activation is critical to successfully landing all transformational and core programs across WMUS field operations.
The Director Operations, Deployment and Implementation will be responsible for managing and leading all tests that originate from various sources - transformation projects, business initiatives, supply chain initiatives facing stores, and more. This team will provide continued measurement, insights, and recommendation to help any initiative progress through testing with a goal to scale and meet the desired business outcomes.
This position reports to our Senior Director, Program Management and is based at our Home Office in Bentonville, Arkansas. A full relocation package can be made available, but we are not considering remote applicants at this time.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00-$220,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
