About the Role

We are seeking a Staff Technical Sourcer to play a key role in the continued growth and success of Analog Devices by identifying and engaging exceptional external candidates, developing pipelines for key growth areas, and providing high quality candidates to open technical roles across a variety of business units and functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advanced Candidate Sourcing: Lead the design and execution of sophisticated sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of passive candidates for critical and hard-to-fill roles, utilizing cutting-edge tools and methodologies.
  • Talent Pipelining: Develop talent pipelines and execute tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns housed in our systems of record.
  • Candidate Activation: Understand personas, motivations, and differentiators to help prospects visualize and personalize their candidate journey.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Represent talent acquisition perspectives in strategic business discussions, influencing hiring decisions and providing data-driven insights on talent market conditions and competitive intelligence.
  • Diversity Pipeline Development: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives through innovative sourcing approaches that broaden candidate pools and enhance representation across all levels of the organization.
  • Creative Engagement and Prospect Generation: Use creative and innovative techniques to identify and convert top-tier prospects into top-tier candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, social media, and networking.

Must Have Skills:

  • Advanced Search Techniques: Expert proficiency in Boolean search logic, talent mapping methodologies, and data-driven persona development to identify and engage highly specialized talent in competitive markets.
  • Talent Market Analytics: Strong proficiency in interpreting recruitment metrics and market intelligence to develop targeted sourcing strategies and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers.
  • Candidate Experience Design: Sophisticated ability to create personalized, high-touch recruitment experiences that successfully convert passive candidates into engaged applicants and ultimately new employees.
  • Strategic Influence: Proven capability to effectively communicate complex talent acquisition concepts to diverse audiences, influencing decisions and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to build and maintain networks of passive candidates, creating talent communities for future organizational needs.
  • Problem Solving: Advanced capability to develop creative solutions to complex talent acquisition challenges that require in-depth analysis of variable factors across roles, markets, and business units.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience, with demonstrated expertise in sourcing or recruiting for professionals in technical roles
  • Experience in the technology, semiconductor, or related industries preferred but not required
