To provide an efficient and effective Facilities Management service, ensuring professional and proactive management of the facility including the support services to the premises.

  • Provide a comprehensive Facilities Management service to ensure that all amenities are resourced and maintain high industry standards

  • Ensure all services are performed as per Standard Service Specifications

  • Manage critical relationships with clients, building landlord, and key vendors

  • Ensures that all client deliverables are submitted promptly

  • Ensure that the maintenance services are delivered under JLL scope in line with the contractual commitments and within budgets

  • Define the technical, and commercial terms and conditions; define the operational scope and develop tender documents for Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

  • Evaluate the team deployed by Vendors on site to ensure the correct level and scale of resources and vendor meetings regularly

  • Assess Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) with the Client representative and define the mechanism to assess the performance levels of various subcontractors

  • Setting annual goals for generating savings in the area of such as energy and cost of maintenance operations

  • Advise Client on future year maintenance budgets as and when required

  • Maintain all records related to the performance of facility management operations

  • Ensure that the subcontractors have a planned, structured and solution-based approach to the delivery of maintenance services

  • To improve services level & satisfaction in the organization do the satisfaction survey

  • Train team members on all quality policies & procedures and relevant training arrangements

  • Review the performance of JLL staff and conduct performance appraisals from time to time.

  • Interface with the JLL’s HR department and the Operations Manager and make recommendations for the future training given to the site facility management team

  • Review the preventive maintenance register monthly and update the same to JLL Operations Manager

  • Interface with client and JLL finance department to raise client billing / invoicing and follow up with the client representatives for the payments

  • Develop MIS reports for JLL’s management team and necessary client reporting

  • Formulation and implementation of Policies & Procedures Including Annual Update of Operations Manual for JLL SOW

  • Property Services, Routine & Ad-Hoc Maintenance inspection and monitoring - Oversee operation and maintenance of facilities; M&E matters, housekeeping, conference rooms, resolving operational issues, etc.

  • Responding to customer feedback and queries promptly

  • Overseeing the Bungalows Operation

  • Contract management within JLL SOW

  • Overlooking the Canteen Operation and Managing the Vendor

  • Overlook the entire Facilities Management Operation under the JLL-managed scope

  • Perform other ad hoc jobs assigned by the client and Operations Manager as and when required
