The Advice is Right team within the Advice & Wealth Management Super Family is hiring!  This Product Manager position is an exciting opportunity to help maintain the health of the critical Advice products.  We are looking for someone who has a passion for the Advice space, is an exceptional communicator, and has the ability to look ahead and think strategically about how to improve their owned products. 

***Note: This role is RESTRICTED to Crew in CXD.***

Responsibilities:

  • Provide digital product management services on a digital product, applying functional expertise to improve digital product results.
  • Collaborate with small cross-functional teams to demonstrate best practices that drive significant change to the client experience.
  • Coach digital product teams towards best practices and learnings. Ensure delivery of messaging, communication, and customer outreach as necessary.
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve production and implementation issues in a timely manner, and support/drive escalations where required to enable rapid delivery.
  • Lead the planning, development and implementation of a new digital product.  Define and analyze markets, developing detailed product features and requirements, and developing implementation plans.
  • Employ a variety of qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.
  • Participate in and provide recommendations for ongoing business planning and departmental prioritization activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a project preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Ability to motivate development team to achieve specific strategic goals/OKRs.
  • Ability to solve complex problems from the advice business with little direction from superior.
  • Ability to look ahead and think strategically about how to improve owned products.
