Job Summary

The Global Process Lead – Management Reporting and FPA will support accounting and business users of Management Reporting and FPA systems. This role will partner with the Finance Transformation team, external consultants, Management Reporting and FPA teams to implement new management reporting and FPA systems and process improvements, and administrate the business user aspects of the systems implemented. This role reports to the Finance Transformation Global Operations Lead – Controllership. This role requires detailed knowledge and experience with management reporting, allocation methodologies, FPA processes and business user support of a management reporting and/or business planning system. Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve and connect process design concepts with practical business user needs is required.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Implement global process improvements for management reporting and FPA

  • Maintain global process maps and approve standard process exceptions for management reporting and FPA

  • Support continuous improvement efforts in management reporting and FPA

  • Coordinate with business users to collect and document management reporting and FPA business user system requirements for management reporting and FPA system implementations and enhancements

  • Support management reporting and FPA system and global process training activities

  • Administer and provide business user support for management reporting and FPA

Required Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree, preferably in accounting or related technology discipline plus proven record of success

  • 5 years of accounting experience specific to accountable reporting and or FPA methodologies and processes

  • Demonstrated understanding of managing entity hierarchies within a management reporting system and experience with business user support of a management reporting system.

  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve and connect process design concepts with practical business user needs

  • Effective communication skills

Top Candidates Will Also Have:

  • Recent experience with reporting and planning tools and technology, particularly Oracle EPM Cloud experience

  • Demonstrated experience in transformational initiatives that involve people, process and technology changes
