RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Customer Onboarding (40%):
    • Analyze customer usage and purchase order (PO) data.
    • Provide analytical support to create accurate forecasts for onboarding.
    • Ensure smooth customer go-live with the correct inventory levels.
  • Analytics (30%):
    • Develop and perform advanced analytical work for demand planning teams.
    • Utilize tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to deliver actionable insights.
  • Process Improvement Projects (30%):
    • Lead initiatives to improve demand planning processes.
    • Drive the team toward greater process maturity and operational excellence.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned to support the team’s objectives.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field (required).
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Supply Planning (required).
  • Proven track record of supporting or managing demand planning or supply planning processes.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI (or Tableau), and Alteryx (required).
  • Certifications such as CPIM, CSCP, or PMP are preferred.
  • Experience with supply chain systems like SAP IBP, BlueYonder, or similar platforms is preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in creating data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of supply chain concepts, forecasting techniques, and inventory management best practices.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving tools and processes within the supply chain space.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and quality in deliverables.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting supply chain software (e.g., SAP IBP, BlueYonder) is a plus.
