The Senior Compensation Analyst role is based in our Headquarters office, located in Atlanta, Georgia. This role is a key member of the global Total Rewards team and will be expected to deliver compensation programs, practices and projects that support our global organization. This role is expected to collaborate with and support Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), Talent Acquisition, and people leaders on compensation policies, programs, and processes. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation practices, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels within the business.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer global compensation programs (market pricing analysis, internal equity analysis, and data audits and analysis).
- Partner with HRBPs and internal clients to understand business needs, job requirements and organizational design to evaluate and market price jobs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers, recruiters, and HRBPs on compensation related matters, including pay recommendations, salary offers, promotions, and incentives.
- Ensure compensation programs and job classifications adhere to applicable wage and hour laws.
- Review and support preparations for migrating the annual processes (merit and bonus) to Workday Advanced Compensation.
- Participate in the external global compensation salary surveys.
- Identify and recommend improvements to compensation programs and processes.
- Lead the annual processes and compensation recommendations for market updates, salary structures, merit cycles, and bonus programs and communicate to stakeholders.
- Assist in the design and activation of salary structures across various countries.
- Administer the equity (stock) program.
Other duties and responsibilities
- Participate in special projects as needed within global HR.
- Educate and stay current on compensation trends, compliance regulations, and best practices.
- Work on compensation administration and consulting for various incentive plans or structures.
- Collaborate with Sales Management and respective HRBPs on sales compensation design.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience required
- Sales compensation experience is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business or related field
- Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of broad-based compensation principles, and practices
- Proven experience working in a global environment
- CCP and/or GRP strongly preferred
- Workday experience strongly preferred

- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information and use discretion
- Excellent Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft programs (e.g., Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to plan, prioritize, manage multiple projects and initiatives
- Demonstrated experience building relationships and working with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
