PRIMARY PURPOSE: This temporary position (through December) supports the Director of Marketing with a variety of marketing and administrative tasks. The role includes assisting with social media content creation, documentation photography, event implementation, retailer coordination, and general marketing support. This position also provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives and day-to-day operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Capture high-quality photos and videos for use in social media, digital marketing, and promotional materials.

· Assist in managing social media content calendars and contribute to posts and stories across platforms.

· Provide administrative support including organizing files, updating marketing documents, and assisting with internal communications.

· Coordinate with retailers to collect promotional materials, support marketing campaigns, and encourage event participation.

· Support the planning and execution of mall events, including setup, staffing, and customer engagement.

· Perform general marketing support tasks as needed to assist the marketing team in achieving campaign goals.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Ability to move quickly and remain on your feet for extended periods.

· Able to move/transport up to 20lbs.

· Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

· Comfortable using smartphones and basic photo/video editing tools.

· Available to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, occasional weekends and holidays.
