Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Your typical day will involve overseeing the application development process, coordinating with stakeholders, and providing technical guidance and support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. - Oversee the application development process and ensure its successful implementation. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for applications. - Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in application development. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. - Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Inventory Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Inventory Optimization Analytics, SAP MM Materials Management. - Strong understanding of inventory management principles and processes. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM Inventory Management modules. - Knowledge of SAP MM integration with other modules like Purchasing and Sales. - Familiarity with SAP MM master data management and material valuation. - Ability to analyze and troubleshoot inventory-related issues. - Experience in implementing inventory optimization strategies. - Solid grasp of data analysis and reporting tools. - Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation using SAP MM. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP MM Inventory Management. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
