What is The Role:

As a core member of the global partner programs and operation team, you will be on the front line helping partners get the answers they need as they onboard and engage with Elastic. The responsibilities of the role span from internal and external help desk ticket administration, to partner deal registration and other benefit management. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, be self-motivated and detailed.

 

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Research and answer inbound requests to the partner helpdesk coordinate your peers located in the US.
  • Coordinate partner deal registrations, applications, access issues, and user/account information for the Elastic Partner Portal.
  • Provide Salesforce support related to partner account and opportunity management, deal registration, split policy, legal agreement operations, and partner benefit eligibility and execution.
  • Forecast, accrue, and process rebate and royalty payments
  • Support maintenance of Partner Operations Guide and Wiki pages
  • Maintain business integrity by supervising policy and program compliance
  • Assist with team ad hoc projects as specified.

What You Will Bring:

  • Minimum 3 years high technology partner program operations, sales operations, or customer service experience
  • Experience with Salesforce platform, including reporting
  • Proficiency in GSuite
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and a passion for operational efficiency
  • Expectation:
  • 40+ hours a week – Monday thru Friday - generally 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM IST
  • Shared coverage for office hours
  • Occasional global meeting time zone participation.
